Troubleshooting battery charging issues
If your battery is not charging, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check the Insulation Strip
Has the insulation strip been removed? Check for a transparent or black insulating strip on the bottom of the battery. Ensure it has been removed before attempting to charge.
2. Try a Different Charger
Has the battery charged successfully before? Consider trying a different charger to determine if it's a charger issue.
Charging Time
Typically, it takes about 14 hours to fully charge using a 5V1A charger.
