According to the Kemo Pro App documentation, customization options for chime sounds are limited. You cannot customize the chime tune. The chime comes with a preset ringtone that cannot be changed.

In other words, users are unable to modify or select alternative alert sounds for their wireless chime device. The audio notification that plays when the doorbell is pressed is fixed and cannot be adjusted through the app or device settings.
